Your tasks:
- Perform a wide variety of maintenance duties including preventive, corrective, emergency, cosmetic, and routine maintenance
- Handle day-to-day projects and emergencies
- Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance
- Assist in moving furniture and equipment as necessary
Your skills:
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to vendors
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Ability to read and comprehend English instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Working knowledge of tools, materials, and methods of testing equipment usedin the electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry trades, general repairs, and maintenance
- Combination of education and experience covering building maintenance trades
- Ability to compute, rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently or in a team environment
