Your tasks:
- Generate data queries based on validation checks or errors and omissions identified during data entry to resolve identified problems
- Prepare appropriate formatting to datasets as requested
- Supervise the work of data management project staff
- Train staff on technical procedures orsoftware program usage
- Perform quality control audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, or proper usage of clinical systems and data
Your skills:
- Controlling operations of equipment or systems
- Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
- Proficiency in human behavior and performance
- Determining how money will be spent to get the work done, and accounting for these expenditures
- Expertise in business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadershiptechnique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
- Selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things
