Manager Development (m/f), Thanjavur in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu
Your tasks:
- Manage team leads and professional/technical employees and ensure deliverables are met or exceeded
- Establish objectives and assignments and delegates to team leads and technical/professional employees
- Annual planning and budgeting process for the supported applications
- Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
- Manage teams to plan and manage the IT portion of business initiatives, including application analytics, development, testing and implementation
- Manage contractors, offshore resources and/or matrixed employees and Vendor managed teams
- Manages a team of developers, data management analysts, and solution consultants
- Establishes strategy and tactics within area of responsibility
- Manage solution architects who deliver physical design documents which realize the logical design documents and the business requirements which deliver the product to the business
- Daily contact with Product Managers, Vendor managers and business partners and participation in committees andleadership of program and project teams in the functional domain area
- Makes decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operation's effective achievement of objectives
Your skills:
- Ability to work varied hours, days and weekends to support the business needs
- Demonstrateshigh degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers and management
- Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance
- 1-3 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations
